In the event of a critical infrastructure failure, or Ransomware attack, we can have an engineer onsite within 2 hours while we’re downloading your backed up data to a drive or virtual server that we can get to your office or place of business within an hour or two – at most.
In about 80% of instances, we can resolve the issue with rapid response MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) remote support. But if you need a technician in your home or office, we’ll dispatch one per our pre-arranged agreement, as most of our plans include an average of 5 hours on-site support, if not then we’ll have discussed this with you the process for this eventuality and can arrange a fixed price ‘bolt-on’ to your SLA (Service Level Agreement) with us.
