We can set up MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) for all your devices and include physical 'key' like tokens, should you require it. If you thought logging into your account couldn’t get more complicated? It’s coming this year (2024)! Devices such as Yubico Security Keys are becoming ubiquitous and can now be used on mainstream websites such as Apple, Google, eBay, Amazona and many more. It’s reliable, easy to use and the key to a safer digital world. All of these ‘hardware keys’ that are worth having are all USB-C & NFC (like a contactless bank card), even Apple are having to make the switch, so you can use it on your phone, laptop and tablet
We're fully GDPR compliant, and fully aware not just of the letter of the law, but the spirit of it. Hardware & Devices

Having the cat’s pyjamas of software will do you no good if you are only working at the speed of your hardware, not your hardware working at the same speed as you. We can custom build PC’s to your needs and specifications, or if you prefer an off the shelf option, we’ll happy to make a recommendation. We don’t make a markup at all on hardware, we will charge a pre-arranged fixed fee for building your machine, typically £100.00
You are absolutely free to check for prices and buy your own device and if you want us to set it up, install Microsoft Office or any other software or join your machine to a domain or workgroup, that’s no problem.
Most PCs that have shipped in the last 5 years are capable of running Trusted Platform Module version 2.0 (TPM 2.0). TPM 2.0 is required to run Windows 11, as an important building block for security-related features. TPM 2.0 is used in Windows 11 for a number of features, including Windows Hello for identity protection and BitLocker for data protection. This means no one can remove your hard drive and access your data - your hardware and software are paired.
Switching & Routing. Just as a switch connects multiple devices to create a network, a router connects multiple switches, and their respective networks, to form an even larger network. These networks may be in a single location or across multiple locations. When building a business network, you will need one or more routers. In addition to connecting multiple networks together, the router also allows networked devices and multiple users to access the Internet.

We don't man the phones round the clock, BUT we do have filters on our phones and emails, so if there is a problem in the middle of the night, a Bank Holiday or on Christmas Day at 9pm, your call will get though to us, and if you're with us, we're with you - when you need it.

Roll over unused hours.

If you're on one of our Managed Service Plans, and you've not needed us much in one partuicular month, you can roll over upto 50% of your support hours into the next month..…

Outside your core hours.

The nature of the job that we do is primarily as a support service. Be it software, hardware or designing your website, we understand that you're busy earning money during the day, so you'll need us to work when you're not...

Website Management.

Whether you use a SaaS website, such as Wix or SquareSpace or have a custom designed and built site, it will need updating and maintaining and we can include this in our services.

Management Intelligence & Business Intelligence.

We can setup and run your MI and/or BI systems to ensure that you can better assess your business position with automated reporting for KPIs, Expenditure, Run Rates etc, to enable you to quickly make decisions in a marketplace that favours those who can be agile
