Complete Managed Services, Server, Active Directory and PC integration. That is to say we are a 'one stop shop' for your business, including Remote Working for your staff and keeping your data safe and secure when it's both on and offsite. Like it or not, remote working is here to stay, and this can be a nightmare for your business and data security. As a member of the Microsoft Partner Network, we can get you the software you need to allow Remote Desktop (Windows 11 Pro, or Windows 11 Pro Wokstation Edition for power users), VPN's and secure authentication via a phone or tablet.
We're partnered with some of the biggest names in the business, some of them houshold names and some which will be the biggest names you've never heard of.
Microsoft® Certified Professionals, Oracle® MySQL Cloud Certified, Cisco Systems Hardware Partners. This covers everything from your operating system to your Databases and the routing and switching gear that connects everything together – via hardware AND software Firewalls. We have the skills, the knowledge and the qualifications in these key areas.
We shop around, so you don't have to. We spend hundreds of hours a month reading peer reviews, fact-checking and reviewing real-world testing so that we can partner with the best solutions providers at the best price, such as the award winning ZoHo Assist, the ultimate Remote Access and Gartner Award winning Remote Support Software. We're pretty savy with Cisco Webex, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, will make sure you're getting the best of what you are paying for - or getting what you could be paying for, for free.

Hardware Services

Having the cat’s pyjamas of software will do you no good if you are only working at the speed of your hardware, not your hardware working at the same speed as you. We can custom build PC’s to your needs and specifications, or if you prefer an off the shelf option, we’ll happy to make a recommendation. We don’t make a markup at all on hardware, we will charge a pre-arranged fixed fee for building your machine, typically £100.00.
You are absolutely free to check for prices and buy your own device and if you want us to set it up, install Microsoft Office or any other software or join your machine to a domain or workgroup, that’s no problem.
Most PCs that have shipped in the last 5 years are capable of running Trusted Platform Module version 2.0 (TPM 2.0). TPM 2.0 is required to run Windows 11, as an important building block for security-related features. TPM 2.0 is used in Windows 11 for a number of features, including Windows Hello for identity protection and BitLocker for data protection. This means no one can remove your hard drive and access your data - your hardware and software are paired.
Switching & Routing. Just as a switch connects multiple devices to create a network, a router connects multiple switches, and their respective networks, to form an even larger network. These networks may be in a single location or across multiple locations. When building a business network, you will need one or more routers. In addition to connecting multiple networks together, the router also allows networked devices and multiple users to access the Internet.

We can set up MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) for all your devices and include physical 'key' like tokens, should you require it. If you thought logging into your account couldn’t get more complicated? It’s coming this year (2024)! Devices such as Yubico Security Keys are becoming ubiquitous and can now be used on mainstream websites such as Apple, Google, eBay, Amazona and many more. It’s reliable, easy to use and the key to a safer digital world. All of these ‘hardware keys’ that are worth having are all USB-C & NFC (like a contactless bank card), even Apple are having to make the switch, so you can use it on your phone, laptop and tablet
